Whether you want to be able to pump out pull ups & squat like a boss or just rock those new/old denim shorts you love, a custom exercise program is just what you need. Designed 100% for your individual needs and your preferences! No bodybuilding bro-workouts or 10,000 burpees (unless that’s what you’re into 😅). If you’re new to the gym or working out in general we’ll focus as much as you need on the basics to get you confident & sassy when strolling into the gym.

During this program, we take a slow and sustainable approach to long term healthy eating & exercise by unpacking our personal motivations that drive our eating patterns and helps you to build small but mighty habits and practices that result in a healthier lifestyle that lasts a lifetime. You get 1:1 access and support from me – I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Not a meal plan or restriction-based diet. Includes all the features and support mentioned above in both the nutrition only and exercise only options.
