Hi, I’m Coach Skye

I’m a qualified nutrition coach and personal trainer born in Sydney, Australia and now based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I’m an ex-military, fight-sports & puppy loving coffee addict.

I found Muay Thai over 10 years ago and when I stop to think about why this one thing has stayed with me for so many years and life changes, it comes down to a personal drive for strength & growth. To me, nothing beats the feeling of exhaustion after a hard kickboxing session, let alone the realisation that you’ve become fitter than you ever thought possible without even realising it as you were too focused on developing this new skill.

It’s this feeling of accomplishment & confidence that is so powerful – and is why helping other women develop strength and growth on the inside and outside has quickly become my number one passion in life.

For years I have struggled with finding balance between strict diets and unhealthy eating. From drinking and partying too much in my military days to obsessive behaviours with food and exercise following a three year stint in bodybuilding.

Over time and with a lot of education and inner work I’ve developed the skills and tools to enjoy a balanced life when it comes to my health. That’s not to say I never trip up and find myself regressing to previous behaviours, but I now have the tools in my tool box to help get me back on track quickly – these are what I want to share with you.

The Nitty Gritty

1:1 Nutrition Coaching with me is a monthly membership-style service. It is designed to cover a full 12-months however can be shortened if you’ve already achieved your goals or extended if you feel you need additional support.

Every two weeks we’ll get together on a Zoom call to discuss your current frustrations and struggles and will select a small daily practice to focus on for the next two weeks. This is where the real secret sauce is – the actual coaching experience. This is where I am able to help you work through any limiting beliefs, uncover deeper motivations, select targeted and achievable goals & help you celebrate the wins you may not see yourself.

The PN Coaching system comes with a desktop and mobile app which offers you additional supporting information in the form of written lessons (and audio files – great for those who commute to work), daily check ins and feedback submissions and occasional workbooks for a deeper dive into your underlying motivations and behaviours.

Between our fortnightly coaching calls you’ll also have access to me via messaging within the PN Coaching app.

Nutritional quality and quantity: how much and what you should eat
Stress management: strategies for managing stress so life events are less likely to derail us from our goals
