Your very own personalised training program for either the gym or home, based on whatever equipment you have available. Training methods and styles are targeted to your specific goals, experience and exercise preferences. Workouts are delivered via the PT Minder App.

Accountability & Support

Got questions? Need accountability? I got you! The FFS program includes a weekly contact from me where I check in on your progress, ask for feedback on your workouts and am there to answer any questions you might have along the way.

Free Nutrition Guide

Whilst this program doesn’t include specific nutrition coaching or planning it does also come with lifetime acccess to my 20 Page Nutrition Guide that covers all the basics you need to better undersand how to eat healthier and to best support your trianing and exercise needs.

Meet the Coach behind
Your Best Fitness & Nutrition

I’m an adventurer, personal trainer + nutrition coach + ex-military flight attendant + introvert + fight sports lover + coffee addict.

I’m not your average trainer or health coach. I believe in a balanced & holistic approach to health where what you eat & how you train supports & adds to the other kick-arse & fulfilling aspects of your life, not takes you away from them.
