I originally created this recipe a few years ago, while I was 2 weeks out from the NABBA/WFF Night of Champions bodybuilding competition where I competed in the Sports Model category. So like most people after 10 weeks of ‘comp prep’, things are getting pretty damn boring when it comes to diet options…
While prepping burritos for the rest of my household, I came up with this awesome little salsa that I’ve since had on my chicken salad and my fish. Both tasted amazing!!
Here’s all you need:
Ingredients
- 2 Chillies
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1 Handful of coriander
- Juice from 1/2 lime
Method
Whack all the ingredients in a food processor / blender or whatever you have and hey presto!
