Well today was a good reminder why stopping is so much harder than keeping the momentum going πŸ˜₯

I finally pulled my finger out and moved my body despite aaaalllllll the excuses.

Such a simple workout to save for when you have no equipment or end up grounded by Aunt Cindy again… πŸ™„

Pick 4 exercises you like (or love to hate) and then do 50 of each, 40 of each and so on down to 10.

It’s pretty quick on the way down but if you have the time and/or want to make it harder, head back up the list finishing with 50 of each exercise again 😁
