I’m Coach Skye

Meet the Coach behind
Your Best Fitness & Nutrition

I’m an adventurer, personal trainer + nutrition coach + ex-military flight attendant + introvert + fights ports lover + coffee addict.

I’m not your average trainer or health coach. I believe in a balanced & holistic approach to health where what you eat & how you train supports & adds to the other kick-arse & fulfilling aspects of your life, not takes you away from them.

My Story

I have yo-yo’d from being completely unfit and unhealthy in my early-mid 20s to living and breathing nothing but the gym as a competitive bodybuilder in my late 20s – neither of which allowed me to have the unique experiences and personal relationships that actually mattered to me. After graduating as a personal trainer I quickly realised that learning the technical side of exercise programming is only one small part of the large puzzle that is helping people make lasting change. So I completed my Coaching Qualification with Precision Nutrition and have used these skills to better help my in-person clients as well as developing my skills as a online coach where I can reach more people and have a greater impact.
