Don't just take my word for it...I worked with Skye for the first six months of this year and her coaching has helped me to greatly improve my relationship with food. I realised I needed some help with my “all or nothing” mentality towards food, and with practices relating to my health more generally, and Skye equipped me with the tools and knowledge I needed to address them.
During my time working with Skye I was empowered to change the habits that weren’t benefiting me and to start developing new ones that were designed to move me towards my goals, and to a happier more balanced lifestyle.
I still use the tools Skye taught me daily, most importantly taking time to stop and consider how my emotions inform my approach to food and eating, and how to right the ship when I feel like I am going off course.

By working through the nutrition coaching content with Skye’s guidance I have realised how much my overall physical and mental health is influenced by my sleep. Skye has provided excellent guidance and advice on how I can improve my natural sleep patterns. Which has led to more rejuvenating sleep, being more energised and better health overall.
Skye is straight up the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. She really listens to what your goals are, and has the scientific knowledge to back up the training. Every session felt challenging and I was able to really notice a progression in my fitness and technique. On top of everything, Skye has a wicked sense of humour and made every minute fun. Can’t recommend enough!
I used to be an emotional eater. I never expected to become a person who could release my stress through exercise. I don’t regret one day of this last year. It was exactly what I needed to get myself back on my feet and feel fulfilled again. Not just because I lost weight. But because I now have the confidence to feel like I’m worth it.
