Train from the comfort of your home! For at least the duration of the level 3 & 2 lockdowns in New Zealand, I’ll be offering online Zoom Personal Training sessions. We’ll use whatever equipment you have available, even if that’s nothing at all. Just because we’re in lockdown again, doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your fitness – hell you could even end up coming out of lockdown fitter than before!

Take your fitness and/or strength to the next level with completely custom, one-on-one personal training sessions.

Customised to help you reach your goals, be they weight-loss, toning or strength. All sessions are also completely tailored to your preferred training style. If it matters to you, we can do regular testing to ensure we’re progressing towards your goals. This can include skin-fold / body fat % testing, strength and or cardiovascular testing.

I am a qualified PunchFit Boxing Trainer and NZQA Certified Personal Trainer so you can rest assured that you’ll be taught the correct safe technique for all exercises.

To give you an idea, here’s what a common training session might look like:

45min PT Session

  • 5min: Warm-up – Jogging outside or stationary bike to get the blood flowing
  • 15min: Box-fit style workout – Pad work mixed with bodyweight exercise to get your heart pumping and brain firing
  • 20min: Strength/Conditioning circuit – Using battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells and core exercises – focusing specifically on YOUR goals
  • 5min: Cool-down & stretch
